Terms of Service
 Contractual
obligations
Customer-submitted data on walela49.com or legalplumes.com is a
non-binding request only. Orders are not considered final until payment is
received by the artist. Finalized orders are legally binding contracts between
customer (you) and artist (walela49) and subject to terms of service. If
applicable, specifications (colors, sizes, etc) for custom orders must be made prior to
payment. Artist will be unable to fulfill requests for changed
specifications after payment has been received; however, artist will exercise
due diligence in attempting to oblige changed specifications made after payment
is received if artist is reasonably able to do so. The artist reserves the right
at any time to refuse service to anyone and/or cancel the order of any unreasonably hard-to-please customer, in
which case a refund (if applicable) will be submitted to customer by artist.
Waiting
list
Buy-it-now regalia purchases are typically not subject to a
waiting list. Customized
Payment
Acceptable payment types depend upon items ordered and are
clearly defined on appropriate web content pages within walela49.com or
legalplumes.com. Pre-payment in full (price of item + s/h) is required for
finalizing orders for custom legal plumes, custom bouncer plumes, custom scalp
feathers, custom threadwork, and custom antennae. A pre-paid 50% deposit
(price of fan + s/h) is required to initiate an order for a custom peyote fan.
Payment buttons provided by artist for secure online payment of orders from
walela49.com or legalplumes.com are accurate for a limited time only.
Prices may change at anytime. Payment buttons may be deleted by artist at
any time.

Shipping fees include handling charges. S/h is defined and
updated on appropriate web content pages within walela49.com or legalplumes.com.
Once artist has shipped customer's item, s/h will not be refunded in the event
customer returns item.
 | International Shipping: Artist will
claim full retail value of order on customs form. Import fees/duties may be
charged by your government. Said import fees are paid to your government,
not artist! Said fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. International
orders
paid prior to March 1, 2009 will still be shipped via USPS first class mail
international at the customer's risk. International orders paid on or after March 1, 2009,
will be shipped via Registered Mail and will require customer signature for
acceptance. International orders paid on or after June 20, 2011 will be shipped
via United Parcel Service and will require customer's phone number for
shipment completion. |
Returns
Any item purchased or ordered on walela49.com or legalplumes.com
may be returned for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by
artist in original, unaltered, undamaged, unworn condition. Returns must be
received by artist within 30 calendar days of original mailing date (date will
be viewable on original postal shipping label for completed and shipped orders).
Postage for returned merchandise will be paid by customer. Postage for
returned merchandise will not be refunded by artist. Items returned to artist
after 30 day limit will not be refunded.
Refunds/Returns
Returned merchandise must be received by artist within 30 days of
original shipping date. Refunds are for original price paid for item
bought/ordered. Refunds do not include shipping unless order was cancelled
by customer prior to shipment. Refunds will be submitted in-kind to paying
customer by artist. Artist is not responsible for customer's timely
attention to redemption of said refund.
Copyright/trademark
All text, images, and other content appearing on walela49.com or
legalplumes.com are copyright protected by artist under US and
international copyright law. Said content is not to be used for any
commercial reason by customer or general public. Artist may pursue legal action
if artist deems fit. trademark: walela49 trademark: W49
Privacy
Any data submitted on walela49.com or legalplumes.com by customer
or general public will be used by artist for the purposes of completing
orders or advertising artist's work. All data submitted on walela49.com or
legalplumes.com is considered private and will not be made available to any
other person or entity. Customer's financial information for the purpose
of collecting online payment via paypal for pre-made or custom-made goods is not
seen or recorded by artist. Please see Paypal's
privacy policy for more details. Never type your credit card or bank account
numbers in an email or form submission.
